DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
DINING
Our new venues strive to keep you outside but the new saloon calls you to sit a spell with your favorite libation at our dining and entertainment events. The Copper Spur Saloon encourages you to experience a bit of Western character — a notable feature in almost every early settlement in the West. As charming as the saloon is, the aroma of our flame-broiled chicken and ribs will soon turn your attention to the rustic splendor of the dining hall, perfect for a wedding celebration.
At 6:30 p.m., you and other pioneers are invited to sit inside our climate-controlled barn for a Western-style meal reminiscent of one served around a campfire over a century ago. We’ll ask you to grab a tin plate and head through the chuckwagon where you’ll be served Arizona’s best chicken and ribs, baked potato with butter and sour cream, cowboy beans, luscious biscuits and our signature seasonal salad.
Wash it all down with complimentary lemonade, iced tea or coffee, or purchase another beverage from the bar located in the barn. Our ranch hands will entertain you with flying biscuits before we bring you a special Southwestern desert to round out your dining experience.
ENTERTAINMENT
After dinner the lights dim and the Western stage show begins featuring the Blazin’ M Ramblers.
For one hour Jake and his talented band will entertain you with country songs of the past century including the likes of Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, Chris Stapleton and others! They revel in the opportunity to show the audience what fun the Western frontier can be before the Ghost Rider appears.
When the stage show is over the fun doesn’t stop. Take this opportunity to get an autograph from the Blazin’ M Ramblers, grab a drink or sneak a peek at the Ghost Rider.
