DINING & ENTERTAINMENT
Following Frontier Town Activities from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m., listen for the dinner bell. We’ll then guide you indoors to relax with your favorite drink. Soon, the aroma of chicken and ribs will draw you to the rustic charm of the dining hall.
At 6:30 p.m., you and other pioneers are invited to sit inside our climate-controlled barn for a Western-style meal reminiscent of one served around a campfire over a century ago. We’ll ask you to grab a tin plate and head through the chuckwagon where you’ll be served Arizona’s best chicken and ribs, mashed potatoes, gravy, mac and cheese, and our signature prickly pear coleslaw.
Wash it all down with complimentary water, lemonade, iced tea or coffee, or purchase another beverage from the bar located in the barn. Our Wranglers will entertain you with flying biscuits before we bring you a special Southwestern desert to round out your dining experience.
ENTERTAINMENT
After dinner the lights dim and the Western stage show begins featuring the Blazin’ M Ramblers.
For one hour Jake and his talented band will entertain you with country songs of the past century including the likes of Hank Williams, Dolly Parton, Chris Stapleton and others! They revel in the opportunity to show the audience what fun the Western frontier can be before the Ghost Rider appears.
When the stage show is over the fun doesn’t stop. Take this opportunity to get an autograph from the Blazin’ M Ramblers, grab a drink or sneak a peek at the Ghost Rider.
