The Blazin’ M Ranch Hands, Wranglers, and Ramblers are busy this week as they’re preparing for the 2nd Annual Blazin’ M Fall Festival happening on the 29th and 30th of October! There’s been an elevated level of excitement at the Ranch and around town this week with the recent announcement of FREE ENTRY for adults ages 55 and up (NO LONGER $25 at the gate).
Blazin’ M Ramblers Band Leader and Musician, Eric Williams, was interviewed after he wrapped up a sold out show to share the full story.
“There are so many things to enjoy at the Fall Festivals here at Blazin’ M. The moment you step through the gates, we have live music on stage in Frontier Town.” said Williams. “Different band members & other musicians will be playin’ some great tunes throughout the day. All of the activities are included with entry and Seniors 55 years and older now get in for free!!!”
Eric listed a dozen interests and activities all happening over the Fall Fest Weekend.
“For Adults and Kids, the entry fee includes unlimited activities including Bull Riding, Axe Throwing, Putt-Putt Golf, Bounce Houses, our New Escape Room, Face Painting and more! Arts and Crafts Vendors will be on hand, as well as some of our non-profit community members including a tent with exotic Reptiles by Verde Valley Oasis Reptile Ranch & Rescue. It’s truly going to be a fall fest that bests the rest!”
The mouth-watering Blazin’ M Baby Back Ribs & BBQ Chicken plates and hot dogs will be on sale in the barn throughout the day and the Copper Spur Saloon will be serving everything from Sarsaparilla Root Beer to Prickly Pear Margaritas!
“We’re inviting kids to show off their halloween costumes and enter into our costume contest with prizes at 1:00pm on Saturday and Sunday in Frontier Town.” Eric said with a wider than usual grin. “The rest of y’all can kick back, relax and enjoy the music, games, food, drinks, shoppin’ and festivities.”
At 3:00pm on Saturday, the very first Mechanical Bull Riding Competition will take place in Frontier Town! The Competition will have 4 Age Brackets for entry including Noble (55 years and up), Bronco (18-54), Pony (8-18), and Calf (4-7) with a first place prize given for each bracket. Sign up on Saturday at the check-in Gate. Entry is limited and is first come first serve.
Please note that this is not a normal Blazin’ M Ranch Chuckwagon Dinner experience day! Food is not included with Entry and there will not be a Country Show on Saturday or Sunday. Pumpkins will be available to purchase and paint. Old Time Photos are available but not included with entry. Only Service Animals allowed at this event please.
